His feature documentary Scenes from a Parish was broadcast on Independent Lens in 2009. He is recipient of du Pont Columbia University Award for his work on the PBS series Unnatural Causes and has been awarded grants from the Sundance Documentary Fund, Corporation for Public Broadcasting and LEF Moving Image Fund.
