Haroula Rose hails from Chicago, now based in Los Angeles. Her self starring / directed short films and videos have won awards and screened internationally. She received her BA/MA from the University of Chicago, was a Fulbright Scholar in Madrid, Spain, and attended USC’s School of Cinematic Arts MFA program. She has been selected for the Tribeca Film Institute’s All Access Program. Haroula is also an acclaimed singer-songwriter whose recordings have featured in TV series and films. Her forthcoming album Here The Blue River will be released in early 2016 and she will tour nationally to support it.
